| THE RULES
- There will be a Maximum of 25 players for the 1st Battle Royale class of Anime North. The players must be able to attend and participate in all three days of the convention. Interested players are required to submit their names to headquarters when the convention opens. Before the game starts, the names of the 25 players will be drawn by lottery.
- "Battle Royale" will start promptly at 6:30pm. Packages (which will contain maps, stat sheets, and a random weapon) will be given to the players when the game starts, then the players are to leave the headquarters one-by-one. Weapons and miscellaneous items that are provided in the package may not be used outside of events.
- When the players have left headquarters/dueling space, they are free to issue their challenges and schedule the duels. Duels and announcements re: danger zones and eliminated players will be done approximately every four hours unless noted in headquarters.
- No Physical outbursts are allowed in crowded/non-crowded facilities!!! no splashing water, beverages, foods, or anything that may make the halls dirty at fellow players.
- You cannot "tag" a person while they are taking a picture of someone or having their picture taken! That person must be given sufficient time to either accept the challenge or run.
- Players are encouraged to wear clothing seperate from their costumes that will enable them to "move-about" safely in the tag game and the challenges.
- Players are expected to treat other players with courtesy and respect. Players who are reported or caught to be disrupting any of the convention events will be automatically disqualified.
- Players and officials are to be identified by wristband badges which are to be worn by players and officials at all times during the duration of the game.
- GREEN = Active player, has not been challenged yet
- YELLOW/ORANGE = Player has been challenged
- RED = Eliminated Players
- WHITE = Officials
- There are a set number of officials who will be in charge of headquarters and patrol the convention sites to uphold the game's rules and regulations. At the event of an argument, players are encouraged to approach officials to mediate. If the dispute is unresolved by this, they must go to headquarters. Patrol officials have the authority to confiscate statsheets of players who are caught and reported to disrupt the events in the convention. Confiscated Stat-sheets are brought to headquarters. The decision of the offials in the headquarters is final.
- Creating alliances and teams to help each other during the challenges and the duels are allowed. But remember, at the end only one person can survive.
- If more than one player survives near the end of the 3rd day, an ultimate free-for-all duel will be held to determine the winner.
- FINALE RULE: HAVE FUN!!!

| THE CHALLENGES AND DUEL MATCHES
There are two ways to issue a challenge:
- VERBAL CHALLENGE-- This is always the initial challenge. Any player can approach an active player and issue a verbal challenge to a duel. If the challenge is accepted, both players must go to headquarters with their sts-sheets and schedule a duel.
↑ may be changed in the very near future...
- TAG CHALLENGE-- If the challenge is not accepted, the player being challenged has the option of running away during an even ONLY. However, if the player being challenged is caught and tagged by the player issuing the challenge, the player being challenged has no choice but to accept the duel. Escape points can be redeemed at headquarters if the player issued the challenge is caught but still refuses to battle. Tage challenges are not allowed in crowded public areas like the Dealer's Room or the rooms that are holding events, workshops or panels.
All Duels will always be held in the presence of the BR GAME officials, players, and general public who wish to watch. PLayers are to come to headquarters when a challenge is issued/recieved and schedule their duel. Duels will be held every four hours, and will last for at least 1 hour. Each duel will run a maximum of 5 minutes. There are four categories for the BR duels and they are to be randomly chosen by the officials at headquarters. PLayers may use their weapons to aid them in their duels. PLayers who formed teams and alliances can also help each other during the matches or lend their weapons.
